Dr. Lisa Faast, Founder & CEO
Dr. Lisa Faast is an innovator, experienced business executive, and leader in the independent pharmacy industry. With over 20 years of experience as a pharmacy owner, consultant, compounder, and businesswoman, she can bring a unique perspective to the industry’s problems. Her passion is helping independent pharmacy owners thrive by focusing on diversifying and then growing revenue streams. She is currently CEO at DiversifyRx, founder of Pharmacy Profit Summit, and a multi-store pharmacy owner, in addition to being a wife and mom of 4.
Scott Smith, Chief Operating Officer
Scott has been helping pharmacies optimize and grow their profits for the past several years. He understands financials and operational systems better than most. Scott is excited to be working with Dr. Lisa Faast again and to help DiversifyRx help as many pharmacy owners as possible. Scott lives in Florida with his wife and has 2 daughters.

Heather Haro has years of experience in helping entrepreneurs and pharmacy owners grow their businesses. Heather has an extensive media background in addition to home health. She combines her strategic mindset and marketing prowess to help DiversifyRx members maximize profitable opportunities. Juvañel June Bajo, Operations & Exec Assistant
Juv has a diverse background in sales, marketing, and analytics. These skills make Juv an incredible asset for DiversifyRx. Juv helps manage all aspects of Pharmacy Badass University and is the main point of contact to help our members. In addition, he also serves as our CEO's executive assistant. Juv currently lives in the Philippines with his family.
Mike Vesely, Pharmacy Business Coaching
Mike Vesely joined the DiversifyRx team as a pharmacy business coach. He comes with more than 12 years of experience helping pharmacy owners reach their goals, improve their teams, and increase profitability. Since 1990, Mike has worked in various aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, including research, manufacturing, lab management, sales/ reimbursement, and provider consultation. With this specialized background and on-site pharmacy interactions, Mike has developed a coaching method with many success stories.
Jason Faast, 1 Page Marketing Plan Coach and Pharmacy Lead Gen Systems Builder
Jason Faast (yes, Lisa's husband) adopted the pharmacy industry as his own a decade and a half ago. Jason spent the first few years of his pharmacy career owning a pharmacy and working as a compounding technician. He helped grow the lab to be able to fill over 100 compounds in a day. Jason has spent several years marketing for solar companies and brought that expertise back to help fellow pharmacy owners.
Dr. Jesica Mills, Functional Medicine Coach
Dr. Jesica Mills practices pharmacy and functional medicine in Owensboro, Kentucky. She has opened a very successful cash-only functional medicine practice in her small town. She is often booked solid for months in advance! Jesica knows how to help pharmacy owners get started with functional medicine and create a successful practice.
Dr. Adam Robinson, Workflow & Operations Coach
Dr. Adam Robinson owns several independent pharmacies throughout Kentucky. Lisa has bestowed the nickname "Workflow Whisperer" on Adam due to his phenomenal ability to help improve profits through operational efficiency improvements.
